I have worked closely with B-Learning for the past three years and in particular Suzette Verrill. I have always found Suzette and all her associates to be professional, reliable and flexible in their approach to working with our business.

I have attended various training programmes throughout the three years in two capacities; one as a delegate for my own personal development and two to assess the impact the training has on the attendees. I have always found the quality of training to be outstanding; the training course content is clearly defined, it’s always interesting with fun interactive sessions and very informative.

Suzette and all her associates are extremely knowledgeable and have a great ability to engage with course attendees. Suzette always ensures the training courses are kept up to date with the latest business thinking and essential MAG key messages; this is threaded throughout each training session.

Suzette again did a great job, from the start of session very successfully managed to lift the spirits of our MEA colleagues from Ofsted to commence the course.

This set the tone and tempo of the evening with excellent session on change with Andrew and Tim, with Julie in Q/A followed in evening dinner conversation.

We cannot underestimate the impact that MDP is having on cultural change in MEA, ie other staff colleagues saying,” I wish I had signed up for session.”

Just to formally express my sincere thanks for your contribution on Friday and in helping to make the conference what has been generally agreed as our best event yet!

I am sure you will agree our young conference team did a super job and in particular Ashley who demonstrated all the good presentation techniques provided by Suzette. In fact just to add thanks to Suzette & Paul Booth who provided bespoke training sessions that certainly made a huge contribution to the pupils’ development.

As you could tell Lesley Maddock, headteacher from Haveley Hey was quite emotional and I just thought you may like to see comments made by Lesley after the event;

“I really was quite overwhelmed when I stood up. The passion was choking me! When I looked round the room I saw how many people I know and I was humbled. I soooooo appreciate the help we get – we so need all we can get. Do pass this on to whoever you can. I so hope we get even more. It all helps make a difference.

I hope I will be asked to speak next year along with more children. They got so much out of it. You should have heard them in the car and back in school. That is a day they will never forget and one that will make a difference…

Outstanding Customer Service received from Suzette when booking the actors, very straightforward and hassle-free.

There have been two events recently and the actors have been of excellent quality. Chris as always does an excellent job.

The delegates always have positive things to say about the professionalism of the actors. They always find the role plays extremely effective and beneficial.

The event helps line managers to understand the best way to deliver feedback, whether it is positive or developmental. Enables line managers to feel more confident in their approach to feedback to allow feedback to become an everyday occurrence and not just at review times.

As Yorkshire Forward representative on the Board, I am grateful to you for your work in facilitating the development of a confident, strategic and highly motivated community partnership, which is doing such an important job in delivering government objectives for this part of the region.

Your relaxed and spontaneous manner ensured a buy in to the training that you were delivering from an organization that finds working on such a level of self analysis very challenging.

What is remarkable is the legacy of your training at Board meetings since. The Board is dealing with internal organizational issues at a highly strategic level due to greater communication and understanding of each other’s motivations and objectives.

This testimonial has been provided in support of a sales development programme designed and delivered to a new business development team.

The programme brought together all elements of the sales process into a number of development activities which were delivered as a mix of interactive workshops and 121 coaching.

The development activities culminated in two teams engaging in a ‘virtual’ activity that took them through the entire sales process and saw them competing to win business to a ‘real’ client. The ‘virtual’ activity was condensed into 3 days and engaged the use of actors in the role of client.
