Objectives
This interactive workshop provides an opportunity to develop a greater awareness of the affect our behaviour has on others and explore how to communicate more confidently with a diverse range of people. You will learn: How to communicate more effectively with a range of people Identify your style of communicating and influencing Increase your confidence when dealing with people face to face Identify and use a range of techniques to improve understanding and rapport Communicate in a more persuasive and compelling way Draw from a range of response styles How to assert your own rights and status in any relationship Flexibility and poise to deliver difficult messages whilst maintaining relationships
