  • Creating a shared vision in the workplace, based on beliefs and values
  • Stimulating creativity, innovation and develop a strategy to identify and enable change
  • Developing an effective people management strategy
  • Creating a climate of collaboration, empowerment, trust and high performance
  • Agree action plan to take forward
